ABSTRACT
SITUATIONAL OF LEADERSHIP STYLE ON THE PERFORMANCE
EMPLOYEES IN UD UMAR FARM BANYUWANGI
The purpose of study was to determine the influence of situational leadership
style (telling - directing, selling - coaching, participating - supporting), delegating of
simultaneously and partially on the performance employees UD Umar Farm
Banyuwangi, and to find among the situational leadership style (telling - directing,
selling - coaching, participating -supporting), delegating the dominant influence on
performance employees in UD Umar Farm Banyuwangi.
The research of population employees in UD Umar Farm Banyuwangi many as
43 person and all the taken as a sample study. The collection method is spreading
questionnaire, and then tested using multiple regression analysis (F test and t test).
The results of multiple regression analysis concluded that: (1) leadership style is
situational (telling - directing, selling - coaching, participating - supporting), delegating
of simultaneously on the performance employees means Hypothesis I accepted. (2)
situational of leadership style (telling - directing, selling - coaching, participating -
supporting), partially delegating the performance of employees means Hypothesis II
accepted. (3) The leadership situational of style telling - directing the dominant
influence on the performance employees means Hypothesis III received. (4) Deviation
our proportion of situational leadership style (telling - directing, selling - coaching,
participating - supporting), delegating on the performance of employees amounted to
89.5 % and the remaining 10.5 % is influenced by other variables.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA
KARYAWAN UD UMAR FARM BANYUWANGI
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan
situasional (telling - directing, selling - coaching, participating-supporting), delegating
secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan UD Umar Farm
Banyuwangi, dan untuk mengetahui diantara gaya kepemimpinan situasional (telling -
directing, selling - coaching, participating -supporting), delegating yang berpengaruh
dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan UD Umar Farm Banyuwangi.
Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan UD Umar Farm Banyuwangi sebanyak 43
orang dan diambil semua sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data adalah
penyebaran kuisioner, yang selanjutnya diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi
berganda (uji F dan uji t).
Dari hasil analisis regresi berganda disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan
situasional (telling - directing, selling - coaching, participating -supporting), delegating
secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan berarti
Hipotesis I diterima. (2) Gaya
kepemimpinan situasional (telling - directing, selling - coaching, participating -
supporting), delegating secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan berarti Hipotesis II
diterima. (3) Gaya kepemimpinan situasional telling - directing berpengaruh dominan
terhadap kinerja karyawan berarti Hipotesis III diterima. (4) Sumpangan atau proporsi
gaya kepemimpinan situasional (telling - directing, selling - coaching, participating -
supporting), delegating terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 89.5% dan sisanya 10.5%
dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang lain.
