Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer
satisfaction at Emery Cafe & Bistro Jombang. To find out the effect of brand image
on consumer satisfaction at Emery Cafe & Bistro Jombang, the method used in this
research is quantitative method. The sampled was 100 people and using nonprobability sampling technique data were tested using multiple linear regression.
Based on the results of the study showed that service quality can increase customer
satisfaction and brand image can increase consumer satisfaction at Emery Cafe &
Bistro Jombang
