Abstract :
This study aims to find out how the implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on MI Al-Asy'ariyahBanjarsari teachers, the research findings found Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. While the method of collecting data by means of interviews with 4 informants. Based on the data analysis, the researcher concludes that there is Organizational Citizenship Behavior in MI Al-Asy'ariyah teachers according to the indicators according to Organ (1988) in Tang and Ibrahim (1998: 530) which suggests five primary dimensions of OCB, namely Alturism, Civic Virtue, Conscentiousness, Courtesy, Sportsmanship. The existence of a positive teacher attitude in implementing Organizational Citizenship Behavior at MI Al-Asy'ariyahBanjarsari is considered to be a good example for students and the surrounding environment.
