Abstract :
Poverty and inequality in Indonesia until now is a challenge faced by the government everytime and needs to be resolved immediately. Food problems are complex problems and require the attention of the government so that special handling of integrated and sustainable programs is needed. The Bantuan Pangan Nontunai (BPNT) or Non-cash Food Assistance Program is a transformation of the Rastra program to ensure the program becomes more targeted, precise, on time, right price, right quality, and proper administration. From this background, researchers conducted research with the aim of knowing the accounting system of cash distribution and receipt and knowing the accountability of receipt of Non-cash Food Assistance funds in Bandarkedungmulyo District in accordance with the indicators set by BAPPENAS. The result of this study is on the accounting system of distribution and receipt of BPNT cash is through electronic money in the form of combo cards.
