ABSTRAK Frika Tyas Nugroho. Rancang Bangun Electronic Voting (E-Voting) Berbasis Web Pemilihan Ketua OSIS Di SMP Negeri 3 Ngadirojo. Skripsi. Pacitan: STKIP PGRI Pacitan, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) merancang dan membangun sistem Electronic Voting (E-Voting) berbasis web untuk mengelola pelaksanaan Pemilihan Ketua OSIS di SMP Negeri 3 Ngadirojo (2) Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sistem Electronic Voting mempercepat proses Pemilihan Ketua OSIS (3) Untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan Electronic Voting. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research & Development. Teknik analisis data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang bermacam-macam (triangulasi) dari hasil observasi, wawancara, pengujian produk, dan angket. Dalam kasus ini tujuannya untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat system Pemilihan Ketua OSIS E-Voting berbasis web menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk menciptakan produk untuk menggantikan Pemilihan Ketua OSIS secara Konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terbentuknya system E-Voting Pemilihan Ketua OSIS berbasis web; (2). Tingkat efektivitas E-Voting sangat tinggi untuk mempercepat proses Pemilihan Ketua OSIS dan mempermudah rekapitulasi suara yang diperoleh dari hasil angket; (3). Tingkat kelayakan system E-Voting memenuhi standar kelayakan yang diuji oleh ahli sistem informasi. Kata kunci : E-Voting, Pemilihan Ketua OSIS, System ABSTRACT Frika Tyas Nugroho. This study aims: (1) to design and develop a web-based Electronic-Voting (E-Voting) system to manage the implementation of the OSIS Chairperson Election at SMP Negeri 3 Ngadirojo; (2) to find out to what extent the Electronic Voting system accelerates the process of selecting the Student Council Chairperson; (3) to determine the eligibility level of Electronic Voting. This type of research is Research & Development. Data analysis techniques were obtained from various sources, using various data collection techniques (triangulation) from observations, interviews, product testing, and questionnaires. In this case, the goal is to collect the data and information needed to create a web-based E-Voting Student Council Chairperson Election system using information technology to create a product to replace the Conventional Student Council Chairperson Election. The research results show (1) the development of a web-based E-Voting system for the election of the Student Council Chairperson; (2) the effectiveness level of E-Voting is very high to speed up the process of selecting the OSIS Chairperson and to simplify the recapitulation of votes obtained from the questionnaire results; (3) the feasibility level of the E-Voting system encounters the eligibility standards tested by information system experts.
