Abstract :
The hotel industry is an industry that offers services, lodging services, food,
beverages, and otherfacilities. The main thing that is provided by the hotel isto provide
their best service. The services provided cannot be separated from the roleof humans.
In an effort to provide the best service for guests, the hotel provides training aimed at
improving the quality of service from employeesin orderto create the expected service.
In this study, it discusses how the implementation of training provided by Hotel
Horison Bandung for its employees in an effort to provide their best service. This study
used a descriptive qualitative case study approach using triangulation techniques as a
test data analysis. Sources of data obtained through the interviewprocess with 3 (three)
participants including Human Resources Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager,
and housekeeping attendant. The results obtained from this study indicate that Hotel
Horison Bandung needs to improve discipline in the implementation of training so that
the training provided can be carried out according to plan and can be maximally
applied by employees and pay more attention to the training needs of its employees,
but seen systematically the training has been carried out quite well routine, although
there are still some that need to be improved.
