Abstract :
This research is based on the stages of research conducted by writer at Hotel Le
meridien Jakarta, which is more precisely in the Human Resources Department in
the Recruitment because Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta is adopting E-Recruitment to
get prospective employees by following technological developments. This research
is a series of discussions regarding the application of e-recruitment. In addition,
this study also discusses the stages in implementing e-recruitment and there are
several research focuses using a qualitative. Therefore, this study will focus on how
the procedures, process, and the implementation e-recruitment. In this study,
interviews were conducted with informants to obtain the data and information
needed. So that the information in this study is considered correct because the data
obtained came from the interviewees in Hotel Le Meridien Jakarta. This research
also shows whether Hotel Le meridien Jakarta has been achieved or has
successfully implemented e-recruitment or still in the learning progress.
