Abstract :
Indonesia Nation is one of the largest constributors of Umrah pilgrims to the Holy Land in 2019. The research was conducted to evaluate the Regular Umrah Package at PT. Sianok Indah Holiday by evaluating the four components of the tour package as a product compiled in the transportation, accommodation, tourist attractions, and other service facilities component (Nuriata: 2014). The evaluation was conducted to maintain dan improve quality and increase sales of regular Umrah packages on Sianok Travel. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are distribution of questionnaires that are supported by interviews and literature studies. The sample technique used is probability sampling technique to 192 respondesnts who are pilgrims who join in the Regular Umrah package with Sianok Travel in 2019. The assessment used to obtain the results of the data in this study with a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The results of the study found that pilgrims agreed to the transportation used when carrying out the Umrah worship was in a comfortable and safe condition. The pilgrims have agreed that the hotel facilities and services provided were very good and the hotel location was strategic. Tourist attractions visited have given the pilgrims an understanding of the historical side, special characteristics and values contained therein. The pilgrims agreed that other service facilities provided such as guides, tour leaders, equipment, pilgrim, protection, health and travel documents by Sianok Travel were good and satisfying. The recommendation given is to pay attention to the quality and facilities provided by the hotel in the form of cleanliness of the hotel room, maintain the quality of service and taste of food in the restaurant, pay attention to the time, distance and cost of the programs carried out and maintain and improve the quality of the guide and tour leader pay attention to health services by providing health workers in checking the health condition of Umrah pilgrims.
