Abstract :
Karawang Regency has a lot of potential tourist attrations to do educational tourism activities for students at the vocational level and college students. However, one of travel agents in Bandung which name is All Bandung Travel doesn?t have any tour package to Karawang Regency yet. Based on this problem, the researcher creates an educational tourism package in Karawang regency that aims to educate students in accordance with the motivation of students in conducting educational tourism activities and educational tourism activities in accordance with their expertise of the school majors. The method that used for data collection in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the reserach, that the motivation of tourists in participating in educational tourism is recreation, team building, and visiting factories according to their expertise of the school majors to gain knowledge in the industry. Based on the result of this research which has stated that there are some of interesting tourist attractions, natural, artificial and cultural as well as carrying out industrial visit activities to several factories in the Karawang regency to fulfill the motivation of tourists in conducting educational tourism activities. This research resulted in several educational tour package recommendations that are fit with the motivation and expertise for vocational students and college students, then this package can also be sold and run by travel agents to increase educational tourism visits to Karawang Regency.
