Abstract :
Smart village is a smart village concept with the intention of villages that have taken advantage of developments in information technology such as smart government, smart communities and smart environments (Herdiana, 2019). The current application of smart villages has not been widely applied, especially in the village area, one of which is Suka Negeri Jaya Village which is located in Tanggamus Regency with a population of 1016 people with 226 heads of families and is one of the villages that is part of the agenda of the Governor of Lampung to implement smart village. Based on the population data processing procedures carried out there are problems such as the data processing process which is carried out as a whole is still manual, namely by recording on books and print media through the office media, this has an impact on the slow data processing process, data damage due to archival data in the form of paper media to data loss and manipulation. The system development method used is web engineering which aims to apply the concept of a smart village by managing 3 parts such as art and cultural information, letter requests and BUMDES products. The results of the research are able to provide a forum for the community to facilitate access to information about customary and cultural values, make it easier to see processed village products and request letters that can be made online.
