Abstract :
ABSTRACT THE EFFECT DISCIPLINE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERSIN THE CITY OF BANDAR LAMPUNG Anita Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia 2021 This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline and work motivation on the performance of State Junior High School teachers in the of city Bandar Lampung. The number of respondents in this study were 100 civil servant teachers. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that discipline and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of State Junior High School teachers in Bandar Lampung City. Partially, discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. While work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 guru PNS. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Secara parsial disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru
