Abstract :
Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of communication, leadership style and use of technology on the performance of employees of PT. Galang Tinggi Raya. The number of samples used by Bandar were 35 respondents using the saturated sampling method. The results of the analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially the communication variable affects the performance of the employees of PT. Galang Tinggi Raya with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The leadership style variable affects the performance of the employees of PT. Galang Tinggi Raya with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the variable use of technology affects the performance of the employees of PT. Galang Tinggi Raya with a sig value of 0.029 < 0.05. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja pada karyawan karyawan PT. Galang Tinggi Raya dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000< 0,05 dan variabel penggunaan teknologi mempengaruhi kinerja pada karyawan karyawan PT. Galang Tinggi Raya dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,029< 0,05
