Abstract :
E-learning is an electronic teaching and learning method that allows the delivery of teaching materials using the internet, intranet, or other media. SD Negeri 2 Gunung Terang is a public school located in Langkapura, Bandar Lampung City, doing learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic through WhatsApp internet media and Zoom Meetings. In this study the Decision Support System (DSS) used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, by using this method we can find out which E-Learning will be used according to the alternatives (Moodle, Dokeos, Efront, Edmodo and Google Classroom) and Criteria (Cost, Convenience, Maintenance, Features and Interface) that have been determined and are in accordance with the wishes of the teacher and students based on the results of the questionnaire that has been carried out, and managed to collect data as many as 10 respondents using Forms to teachers and students. From the questionnaire that has been done, the authors use the Microsoft Excel application as a tool to calculate the SAW method and get Moodle as the best LMS result with a value of 0.82. The final result of this research is Moodle will be used in learning at SD Negeri 2 Gunung Terang.
