Abstract :
This research is to discribe the Leader Comunication of Islamic Boarding School in diciding a dicicion to improve learning quality at Badrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Kabupaten Aceh Tehnggara. This reseach is focused in qualitative discriptive. As approaching,the research use interactive prespective phenomenon. In this instument of analysis data, the reseacher use discriptive dataanalysis. In the reaseach, the reaseacher attempt to do the research how the leader of islamic boarding school in diciding a dicicion to improve learning quality. The object of the research is a leader, an educator and an education. Accoring to the formulation of the problem that will be research itself. ?how is the comunication among the leader to an educator and education of Badrul Ulum islamic boarding school Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. How is learning quality at Badrul Ulum Islamic Boarding school Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. How is the leader in diciding a dicicion to improve the learning quality at badrul ulum islamic boarding school kabupaten aceh tenggara. In this research, the researcher find results about the leader comunication can be applied at islamic Boarding School itself: (1) the comunication is done by the leader with well and effective comunication. (2) the learning quality at Badrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is exprience to improve very significant from previous. It can be seen from students result of the report and result of National Examination year to years. (3) in diciding a dicicion, a leadership of leader of Badrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara in diciding a dicicion all side are extrovered about the problems faced with and free in argued in dicinding a dicicion, and a dicion is setted as discussion.
