Abstract :
Based on Regulation of Tourism Ministry Number. 2/2014 and the MUI DSN
fatwa 108-2016, there are two types of sharia hotel criteria, namely hilal 1 sharia
hotel and hilal sharia hotel criteria 2. Where in hilal 2 there are absolutely no
things that are not in accordance with sharia provisions. Whereas in the new
moon 1 of the Islamic provisions are still not fully. Until the end of 2019, there
are 5 hotels in Indonesia that are in line with Hilal 2 standards, the only Sofyan
Hotel in Jakarta.This research uses a mix method (mix method) of sequential
mixed-method method in which the stages or processes that are obtained
qualitatively then proceed with quantitative methods to expand the findings
contained in the research. This study also uses the analysis of maqashid syariah
to get the results of any form of maqashid syariah conducted by Sofyan Hotel
Jakarta in terms of the performance of its employees. Based on the results of deep
interviews with the interviewees, we get the variables used in this study (work
ethic, HR development, competence, compensation and motivation) with
motivation as intervening variables. Based on the final results of the path
analysis of 123 respondents' questionnaires, it was found that work ethic was the
most dominant factor in determining employee performance at Sofyan Hotels
with a percentage of 46.5%, then competence of 29.3%, development of human
resources by 13.1% and compensation by 10.5%. This research produces
methods that can be used as a basis for obtaining sharia role models. These
methods are recitational methods where sharia HR must be able to read the
Koran, ta'lim method where sharia HR is able to have a short duration of work,
tazkiyah method where sharia HR is required to have transdisciplinary abilities
and wisdom methods where sharia HR is required to have ideas and ideas for the
company
