Abstract :
Muslim clothing business is a good opportunity for profit. That's because the demand for Muslim clothes is high. Not only in the time before aidil fitri, but even ordinary days are now a lot of requests. That's because more and more Indonesian Muslim women, teenagers to adults, choose to dress in syar'i for all purposes. Shar'i clothing does not merely cover the nakedness, Shar'i clothing is seen as fashionable, which always follows the times, therefore companies / shops and shops must be strengthened in the business competition. The need for training, skills and mindset of job seekers in the younger generation needs to be done steps that lead to improving the quality of human resources, especially through training activities and management of employees to improve employee and business performance. This type of research is descriptive and quantitative analysis, in this study is an explanation of the results of data collection which is then analyzed in order to obtain a clear picture of the object of research and this research was conducted in the city of Medan at the Boutique Yanaz Moslem Gallery located at Jalan Amal No.47 Medan Sunggal, North Sumatra from July to August 2019 with the population in this study is that at the time of this study the researchers determined a sample of 25 employees using primary data that is using questionnaire collection techniques. The results of this study were obtained, normal research did not have heteroscedasticity disorders, R Square only Y1 of 0.753 was positive, Y2 of 0.754 was positive, partially there was an influence between training, skills and management with employee performance and the influence of training, skills and management of business performance but there is no effect of employee performance on business performance. A simultaneous influence of training, skills and management on employee performance and on business performance.
