Abstract :
This study aims to study the physical fitness level of students of MTsN 3 badminton extracurricular Pekanbaru City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used in this study was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Level test (TKJI), namely running 50 meters, lifting body 60 seconds, lying 60 seconds sitting, jumping upright and running 1000 meters. Then the data is processed with statistics. The results of data analysis in this study obtained the level of physical fitness of students classified well by presenting 8% by 1 person, moderate classification with a percentage of 46% for 6 people, less classification by 38% presentation by 5 people, and calcification is less than 8% by 1 person. After processing the data with statistics, the physical fitness level of MTsN 3 badminton extracurricular students in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province with a value of 12.85% according to intervals of 10-13 with a percentage of 38% has been converted, so there is less classification.
