Abstract :
The problem of unemployment is a problem which is always faced by every developing country and developed countries, the only difference lies in the cause of unemployment it self. This research examines the effect of inflation and economics growth on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Where the purpose of this study 1). Is to determine the effect of inflation on the unemployment rate in Indonesia: 2). To find out the effect of economic growth on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Then the type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual quantitative figures, from 2010 to 2018. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis and several other tests, namely the statistical test and the classical assumption test. The data is processed using eviews 9.0 application. The results of this study indicate that 1). Inflation has a positive and not significant effect on the unemlpoyment rate in Indonesia; 2). Economic growth has apositif ang significant effect on the unemployment rate in indonesia
