Abstract :
This research was conducted to determine the role of the Cooperative Employees Republic Indonesia Teacher at Kampar District in improving the welfare of members, while the data used in this study are primary and secondary data. With a population of 753 people and 20% of which are 25 respondents. The method and data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive method with a list per (questionnaire). With the results of this research, it is known that the role of loans distributed to members greatly affects members in borrowing at the Cooperative Employees Republic Indonesia Teacher, Kampar District, we can see that the loans distributed to members are 72.0% as well as the SHU received by members each year has increased every year by 46.78%.
