Abstract :
Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is a allocated fund by the district' government for villages. The fund was sourced from the central and regional financial balance funds, and received by the district from the central expenditure with the aim of making effective the village based programs in order to evenly and fairly distributed. The research purpose is to studying the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar Regency on 2018. The research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The data was analyzed by interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research indicated that the evaluation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) management in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu Sub-District, Kampar Regency on 2018 is not suitable with Pasal 100 Ayat (1) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 47 Tahun 2015. Assured from the data of the utilization of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) of Pandau Jaya Village in 2018 only be used for operational costs. While the other utilization such as community empowerment and village development can't be budgeted because of the small amount of Village Fund Allocation (ADD).
