Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education level and work experience on employees at PT. Dharma Wungu Guna Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir. This study used a random sampling technique, used a sample of 53 respondents of employees at PT. Dharma Wungu Guna. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature study and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that partially the level of education and work experience variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of education level and work experience have a significant effect on employees at PT. Dharma Wungu Guna Bagan Sinembah Rokan Hilir. The value of determination (R²) was obtained at 0.921% or 92.1% and the remaining 7.9% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
