Abstract :
A family tree is a record that describes family relationships over several generations in a tree structure with the older generation being at the top and the younger generation being at the bottom. In a family tree that has many descendants, a way of exchanging information between families is needed. However, it is often difficult to trace the family tree due to the limited information available about family members. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a social media system to be able to trace the family tree. In order to realize a complex looking family tree social media, a graph database is needed. And the benefit of this research is that it can provide facilities for everyone to maximize recording, storage, search and two-way communication, to be able to exchange data and information so as to make distance and time more effective and efficient in forming a family tree.
