Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the default dispute between PT Karya Satria Abadi and PT. PLN (Persero) rayon Pekanbaru for the implementation of labor payments and to find out the form of settlement of the default dispute between PT Karya Satria Abadi and PT. PLN (Persero) rayon Pekanbaru for the implementation of labor payments. Problem formulation What is the cause of the default dispute between PT Karya Satria Abadi and PT. PLN (Persero) rayon Pekanbaru for the implementation of labor payments? and how to resolve the default dispute between PT Karya Satria Abadi and PT. PLN (Persero) rayon Pekanbaru for the implementation of labor payments? Results Based on research on Default Dispute Resolution between PT Karya Satria Abadi and PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Pekanbaru on the implementation of labor payments, it can be said that there has been a Default Dispute between PT Karya Satria Abadi and PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Pekanbaru for the implementation of the payment of labor is wages that occur for 4 months without any delays and the wages do not match the UMK. It is also known that several dispute resolutions were carried out, namely through out-of-court arbitration, complaints to the Manpower Office, and requests for payment of workers' wages.
