Abstract :
In a project, a project control system is needed which is expected in the implementation of the project to always be in the direction of the goals to be achieved. Control also aims to assist the activities of managers in determining and achieving something. Control is not a tool that shows the shortcomings of a job. Monitoring is the first step in controlling project implementation. By monitoring the schedule and costs, we can find out how much deviation the costs and schedules are between the plan and implementation of the project when it is reported.
