Abstract :
Employee deviation is a problem that is often encountered in an agency or company, especially in the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of Pelalawan Regency. Lack of employee awareness level is a major factor in this problem. This final project aims to create an application to reduce or even eliminate these problems. At the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of Pelalawan Regency, it is necessary to have an employee performance monitoring application in order to make it easier for superiors to monitor and assess employee performance in carrying out their work. Employee performance monitoring application created using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, MySQL database and accessed using a website to make it easier for employees. The result of this research is that this application is effective with a presentation of 86% to be used at the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of Pelalawan Regency. Overall, the application is useful for monitoring and evaluating the performance of all employees.
