Abstract :
This study was conducted to determine the job analysis of employees at BRI Syariah KC Pekanbaru Arifin Achmad. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population and samples taken are employees of the marketing department totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. This research was carried out with a descriptive method. The conclusion in this study is that from the results of descriptive research, it is known that the work placement is concluded in a good category, this indicates that the employee's work placement is in accordance with the position held by the employee. The workload is concluded in the good category, this indicates that the assignment of work has been adjusted to the work ability of each employee. Work specialization is concluded in the good category, this indicates that the employees who work already have more abilities so they are very skilled to complete their tasks. Analysis of the work of employees at BRI Syariah KC Pekanbaru Arifin Achmad in the good category. This can be interpreted in working and carrying out their duties, employees have a high work commitment so that they can survive and uphold the name of the company so that it continues to grow.
