ABSTRACT Septrian Pernando, " Teacher's Perceptions of the Students Against Field Experience of the Riau Islamic University (UIR) in the Implementation of Indonesian Language Teaching at the Ylpi Riau School of Environment in 2019/2020 Academic Year ". Essay Teaching is imparting knowledge to someone in the shortest and most appropriate way. In this case the understanding of a very short time is very important. The teacher does not pay attention that between students there are individual differences, so that requires different services. If all students are considered the same ability and progress, the learning material to be given will also be the same, this is contrary to reality. The problem examined in this study is how the perception of Pamong Teachers Against Students in the Field Practice Experience of the Riau Islamic University (UIR) in the Implementation of Indonesian Language Teaching in the Ylpi Riau School of Environment in 2019-2020 Academic Year. The Field of the Riau Islamic University (UIR) in the Implementation of Indonesian Language Teaching in the Ylpi Riau Enviroment School in 2019-2020 Academic Year. The population of this study was all of the tutor teachers in the YLPI environment school, amounting to 3 people, namely one Indonesian language teacher at YLPI High School, one Indonesian teacher at Serirama High School and one Indonesian teacher at YLPI Middle School. The method used in this research is descriptive and the theory used by the author in this study Arikunto, Padmadewi Usman, Asril, the method used is a questionnaire observation and documentation technique, the conclusion of this study is the Teacher's Perceptions of Students Against Field Practice Experiences in the Riau Islamic University (UIR) In the Implementation of Indonesian Language Teaching in the Ylpi Riau Environmental School in 2019-2020 Academic Year with a percentage of 74.5 with quite good criteria.
