Abstract :
This study aims to find out how the work placement of employees at PT. Sucofindo Pekanbaru. This research was carried out using quantitative methods using primary data and secondary data obtained through research questionnaires. The sampling method in this study is to use the saturated sampling method (census sampling). Based on the results of the analysis of employee work placements at PT. Sucofindo Pekanbaru is in the education dimension with a very good category, then the work knowledge dimension in a good category, the job skills dimension in a good category, the work experience dimension in a very good category and on the age dimension in a good category. From the results of the study concluded that the analysis of employee work placement at PT. Sucofindo Pekanbaru is in the good category and has been optimal.
