Abstract :
This research purpose to determine and analyze the effect of perceived risk and trust on consumer satisfaction in shopping online at Sneaker JT Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers who buy online, the sampling method with criteria or use the Roscoe technique to make it easier to find respondents so that the total sample size is 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is normality test, multiple linear regression, detemination test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that most of the respondents who buy products online are in the good category. Based on the simultaneous test results, there is a positive and significant influence on consumer perception and trust variables on consumer satisfaction in online shopping. Meanwhile, in partial testing, the variables of risk perception and trust have a negative and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in shopping online at Sneaker JT Pekanbaru and trust have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in shopping online at Sneaker JT Pekanbaru.
