Abstract :
This research is motivated by problems regarding the application of human resource management that is not optimal at SMAN 3 Tapung Hulu caused by commitment and empowerment of human resources. The purpose of the study was to analyze the application of human resource management at SMAN 3 Tapung Hulu. This research was conducted at SMAN 3 Tapung Hulu. The number of samples used were 23 PNS teachers and 7 honorary teachers, using the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the application of human resource management at SMAN 3 Tapung Hulu. The results showed that the total score on the recapitulation of respondents' answers to the human resource management variable was 796. This value was in the range of 780 ? 960, so it can be concluded that human resource management at SMAN 3 Tapung Hulu went very well. The results of this recapitulation are in line with the needs and goals of the school that requires good resources for the smooth running of the school in realizing its goals.
