Abstract :
This study aims to analyze employee motivation. The object of this research was conducted at PT. Tandano Alam Jaya Riau with 10 company employees as research informants (sample). Data was collected by interviewing the informants and conducting a literature study. This study uses primary data and secondary data with qualitative analysis methods. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three qualitative data analysis lines, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that internal motivational factors encourage employee motivation in working at PT. Tandano Alam Jaya. External motivational factors encourage employee motivation in working at PI. Tandano Alam Jaya Riau.
