Abstract :
This study was conducted to discuss organizational communication management in the internal relations of Satuan Pelajar Mahasiswa Ikatan Pemuda Karya Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the implementation of organizational communication management at Satuan Pelajar Mahasiswa Ikatan Pemuda Karya Pekanbaru city, and the role of the Leader in the management of organizational communication Satuan Pelajar Mahasiswa Ikatan Pemuda Karya Pekanbaru City. This research is a qualitative research, while data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used the triangulation technique. There were four informants in this study, consisting of the Chairperson of Sapma Ipk Pekanbaru City, Acting Secretary of Sapma Ipk Pekanbaru City, and two members of Sapma Ipk Pekanbaru City based as demisoner of the previous Sapma Ipk Pekanbaru City administrator. The subjects of this study were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a concept of organizational communication management carried out by Satuan Pelajar Mahasiswa Ikatan Pemuda Karya Pekanbaru City in carrying out organizational communication management and the role of leaders in organizational communication management Satuan Pelajar Mahasiswa Ikatan Pemuda Karya Pekanbaru City an organization.
