Abstract :
This research is the result of a study that analyzes the internal control system for lending that is applied to the Economic Business of the Savings and Loans Village (UEK-SP) Panam Lestari. This study aims to determine the application of good internal control in providing credit at UEK-SP Panam Lestari. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. This research uses descriptive analysis method where the researcher compares the data and information obtained. Then compare and analyze its suitability with existing theories. The discussion in this study is how UEK-SP Panam Lestari carries out procedures for granting credit to prospective customers and how UEK-SP Panam Lestari analyzes internal control over lending. From the research carried out, the results obtained show that overall internal control over lending at UEK-SP Panam Lestari has not been implemented properly and correctly, seen from the lack of supervision and monitoring when credit is disbursed, healthy practices, competent employees, and segregation of duties and responsibilities.
