Abstract :
This research was conducted at the General Bureau of the Governor's Office of Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life balance and employee performance at the General Bureau of the Governor's Office of Riau Province, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 52 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study is to use a purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique by determining certain criteria. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially work life balance had an effect on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Governor's Office of Riau Province. Simultaneously, work life balance has an influence on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Governor's Office of Riau Province.
