Abstract :
This research was conducted to find out how the internal control system implemented at the Kampar Kiri Hulu Sub-district Office was in accordance with the SPIP Elements, then to see what were the obstacles. The types of data used were primary data and secondary data, primary data was data collected through interviews with objects while secondary data is data in the form of documents that the author obtained from the parties concerned that have to do with the problem under study. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the internal control system in the sub-district office has not been running effectively based on SPIP.
