Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine the suitability of the accounting application carried out by clothing store entrepreneurs in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentation and questionnaires. After all the data has been collected then the data is analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods, so that it is known whether the clothing store business has implemented accounting in accordance with the basic accounting concepts. The conclusion of this study is that the application of accounting carried out by the clothing store business in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency has not been in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting.
