Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the Validity of the Implementation of Conflict Resolution Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at PT. RAPP Estate Mandau Sungai Mandau District. The research method and data analysis technique used are quantitative descriptive methods. The data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire with research samples are all employees in the Askep Position and Overseer's Position at PT. RAPP Estate Mandau Sungai Mandau Subdistrict because of this position in the field which certainly knows about company conflict resolution with the number of respondents 32 people. The results of the study show that the implementation of the conflict resolution Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at PT. RAPP Estate Mandau Sungai Mandau Subdistrict has been going well. From the table data recapitulation of respondents 'answers to the Conflict Resolution SOP Implementation variable respondents' answer categories as a whole is Agree, because the score shows a value that is equal to 1448 which is in the range 1304?1611.
