Abstract :
This research was conducted in Bukit Selamat Village Simpang Kanan District Rokan Hilir Regency which aims to determinewhether the Application of Financial Accounting in Bukit Selamat Village Simpang Kanan District Rokan Hilir Regency was in accordance with regarding Guidelines for Village Financial Accounting Assistance The data used by researchers in Bukit Selamat Village are primary and secondary data. Where primary data is the first data recorder or collected directly in the financial section of Bukit Selamat Village. Secondary Data is data obtained in the form of data documents regarding financial statements, organazational structure and documents related to village financial planning and management. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive method. From the data analysis conducted by researchers found that the application of Accounting in Bukit Selamat Village,Simpang Kanan Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency is not in accordance with Regarding Guidelienes for Assistance in Village Financial Accounting ang General Accepting Accounting Principles
