Abstract :
This research was conducted at PT. Lintas Property Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Lintas Property Pekanbaru. The population used in this study were employees of the marketing department of PT. Lintas Property Pekanbaru with 35 employees. In this study using purposive sampling technique. This research method uses descriptive and quantitative analysis using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23.00 program. The results showed that the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lintas Property Pekanbaru.
