Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the work environment on the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Widita Parmata, Pasir Keranji Village, Pasir Turtle Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population used in this study were employees at PT. Sinar Widita Parmata with 164 employees, while the samples taken were 62 people using purposive sampling. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the help of the SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the variable, work environment had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sinar Widita Parmata, Pasir Keranji Village, Pasir Turtle Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
