Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, promotion, and price on the purchasing decisions of Telkomsel products in Perawang. The population in this study is the Telkomsel product users in Perawang. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that product quality, promotion and price have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel products in Perawang.
