Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the financial statements of Hotel the Palace Pekanbaru in 2016-2020 using the ratio of liquidity, activity, solvency, profitability and operations. The liquidity ratio is calculated using the cash ratio, current ratio and quick ratio. The activity ratio is calculated using asset turnover, POP, COP and DOP. The solvency ratio is calculated using the debt ratio and debt to equity ratio. Profitability ratio is calculated using profit margin, ROA and ROE. While the operational ratio is calculated based on ADP, REVPAR and GOPPAR. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the ratio of liquidity, activity, profitability and hotel operations is not good. Only the solvency ratio of the hotel is quite good.
