Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to see whether it is feasible or not to develop a culinary business at Papa's Tent Pekanbaru in terms of financial aspects. The aspects used are in the form of Production Aspects, Marketing Aspects, Aspects of Human Resources. The results showed that the Pekanbaru Papa Tenda culinary business was feasible to develop based on several methods such as Payback Period (PP) was 1 year 1 month 24 days, Profit Sharing was 201,772,216, Net Present Value (NPV) was 327,151,896 (positive), Profitability Index (PI) of 4.2198 (PI value > 1), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 83.1%, Gold Value Method (GVM) of 136.79, Gold Index (GI) of 2.23, Investible Surpus Method (ISM) of 64.02%.
