Abstract :
This research was conducted at PT. Divaji Nur Gemilang. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job training on the performance of outsourcing workers at PT. Divaji Nur Gemilang. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population in this study were all 192 outsourced employees. The sampling method using the Slovin formula is known to have a total sample of 66 people. This study uses simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job training has a significant effect on the performance of outsourcing workers at PT. Divaji Nur Gemilang.
