Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work conflict and workload on employee work stress at PT. Abata Karyanusa Pekanbaru Plan. The population in this study are all employees who work at the company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that work conflict and workload partially have a significant negative effect on employee work stress at PT. Abata Karyanusa Pekanbaru Plan. The magnitude of the effect of work conflict and workload using Adjusted R Square is 83.3% with a strong influence.
