Abstract :
This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of price adn product quality on buying interst in organic vegetables at Sunday market building new kampar left in the middle of Riau either simultanneously or partially. The population in this study are consumers of organic vegetables at Sunday market new kampar left in the middle of riau as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionaires which were statistically processed with the help of spss 20 and using multiple regression analysis. From the result of multiple linear regressionj where the price and quality of the product are constant, the buying interest will be constant. After the T-test is partially tested the hypothesis that the price and product quality variables togerther have a significant and significant effect on buying interest.
