Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze work motivation on employee productivity at PT. Sinar Widita Pamarta, Pasir Keranji Village, Pasir Turtle Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population used in this study were employees at PT. Sinar Widita Parmata with 164 employees, while the samples taken were 76 people using purposive sampling. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the help of the SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the variable, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of employees at PT.
