Abstract :
This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of communication on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The population in this study were 71 employees and only 41employees as a sampel determination based on the adequacy of data to use simple linear regression analysis method. Based on the result of research conducted, the variables used in this study namely communication has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in PT. Sawit Riau Makmur
