Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze student satisfaction with the quality of administrative services at the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Riau. The total population is 1.752 people with a sample of 100 respondents through the method of taking the size of the sample using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used is Purposive Non-Random Sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a descriptive method by giving a score to the statement items contained in the questionnaire. The results showed that the students of the Faculty of Economics were satisfied with the quality of administrative services at the Faculty of Economics, UIR. This is evident from the results of the study that 60,8% of respondents stated that they were satisfied with the total weighted score of 8.040 and was in the range of 7.821 ? 9.660 which indicates that the quality of administrative services in Faculty of Economics UIR is included in the satisfactory category.
