Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the work productivity of the plantation employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa (SAR) in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The data collection used a questionnaire with a research sample of 48 respondents, namely employees of the plantation foreman at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results showed that the overall work productivity of the plantation employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa (SAR) in Kuantan Singingi Regency has been running well, this can be seen from the dimensions of ability, results achieved, morale, self-development, quality, and efficiency. There are still weaknesses in the work productivity of employees, namely in the dimensions of self-development regarding indicators of employees like challenges at work, and the desire of employees to develop abilities. For the highest answer to the work productivity of employees in the plantation section, it is in the dimensions of the results achieved regarding the indicators of employees trying to improve work results.
